RULES OF REGISTRATION
We call the attention of the participants to read and follow the rules that guide the registrations at the 11º World Media Economics and Management Conference.

MAKING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION:

to make your subscription

• Click "ACCEPT";
• Choose the "CATEGORY" in which you wish to subscribe, number of entries that will be performed and click "NEXT";
• Complete the form (s) and click "SEND";
• To confirm your subscription, click "DONE" or "BACK" if you want to make any corrections.

WAY OF PAYMENT
• Credit Card
Fill out the registration form online, select the option to pay by credit card VISA orMASTERCARD and complete all requested information in the follow screen.

For your security, all information concerning your card will be provided in the security environment of the card carrier. These data are not stored on our system.

If the transaction is not authorized or is not completed for any other reason please contact the operator of your card to verify the reason.

Payments not completed may be restarted by its restricted area (online registry) on the event website. In this case, the registration fee may be adjusted for the value of the current table on the day of the payment completion.

Payments will be made on behalf of GAP Congressos (virtual store). This is the identification that will appear on your payment screen and credit card statement.

• Payment Later
If you want to subscribe and do not want to immediately pay your subscription, select the option to "payment later". When finalizing your registration, you will receive a link in your email confirming your registration with payment pending.

THIS OPTION MUST BE SELECTED FOR WHO WISH TO SUBMIT WORK AND WAIT FOR ITS APPROVAL, BEFORE MAKING SUBSCRIPTION’S PAYMENT.

SENDING INVOICE:
• Fill data to issue a receipt of payment;
• Click on "CHECKOUT" button to complete the registration process.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
When your finalize your registration correctly you will receive on your registered email a login and a password as well as the link to access the participant’s restricted area, where you can submit jobs, modify file data, change the password and make the payment, if you have selected the "payment later" option.

SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMMING
The schedule of the Congress is subject to changes, both in relation to issues and regarding speakers.

SUBMITTING PAPERS
To be able to submit a job the participant must be subscribed, even with the pending payment. The submission of the work must be done through the participant’s restricted area, which the participant will have access only after finalizing the enrollment process and receive in your email address the login, the password, and the link to access this area.

DEALINE
Registrations can be made until 2nd May, 2014.

PARTICIPANTS’ MATERIAL
There is a forecast of supply of material from the Congress to all participants but it is only guaranteed to those who do register by 30th April, 2014.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF REGISTRATION
The cancellation and refund of enrollment (all categories) may only be made if requested until 30th April, 2014 through e-mail along with the registries’ bank account data. The reimbursement of registration will be made after the event being discounted 40% (forty percent) of the value on the administrative fee. Cancellation requests will not be accepted if made after 1st May, 2014.

TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION
The transfer of registration may be requested until 30th April, 2014 in writing via e-mail . If there is change of category the difference must be paid through bank deposit (if the value is greater) and proof faxed or e-mailed to the Executive Secretariat of the Event, or requested a refund (if the value is less) in the same transfer document. The repayment of this difference will be made after the event at a discount of 40% (forty percent) of the value on the administrative fee.

COPY OF BADGE
The organizers do not hold liable for the loss of the badge provided. The issue of the 2nd copy will be made only upon payment of 70% of the value on the venue of the event on the category of the participant.

LOCAL SECRETARIAT
The Local Secretariat will run from 12th May, 2014 at the event, Universidade Estadual do Rio de Janeiro, Block F, 10th Floor, for the removal of material for pre-registered congress members, receipt of new registrations and general information.
